Scope and seller
This Refund and Return Policy applies to orders placed with Pholnaxxkhik.world through pholnaxxkhik.world for Restora-branded dietary supplements and related accessories shipped to addresses we serve. Business purchasers may be subject to separate B2B terms where expressly agreed in writing.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you qualify as a consumer under EU consumer protection law, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, email) before the withdrawal period expires. Meeting the withdrawal deadline is sufficient if you send your communication before that period expires.
Effects of withdrawal and exceptions for sealed goods
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the standard rate (where applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in national law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. Dietary supplements in sealed containers often fall within this exception once the seal is broken. Unopened, undamaged products in resaleable condition may still be eligible within the withdrawal period where the law permits.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, materially differs from what you purchased, or is short-shipped, notify us within fourteen days of delivery with your order reference, a brief description, and clear photographs where helpful. We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate after verification. Do not discard packaging until you have documented the issue if courier inspection may be required.
How to request a return
- Email ask@pholnaxxkhik.world with the subject line “Return request” and include your order number, items, and reason.
- Wait for written instructions, including the return address and any return merchandise authorisation code.
- Pack items securely in outer packaging; include a copy of your communication if we ask.
- Use a trackable shipping method when we instruct you to return goods; retain proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may experience processing delays.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise and such agreement is lawful. Depending on your bank or card issuer, posting may take additional business days after we initiate the refund.
If you received any promotional item subject to return conditions, failure to return those items may adjust the refundable amount in line with the promotion’s terms.
Return shipping costs
Where you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal and the product is eligible for return, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have offered to bear that cost or we failed to inform you that you must bear the cost. If you return goods because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund reasonable return postage in line with applicable law.
Non-waivable consumer rights
Mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
